In the past 6 months, we have had to do 3 super reversals because of incorrect information given.
We noticed today, if we go to 'find transactions' and pull an employees card file, the 3 months of super that were reversed are all sitting there 4 TIMES?!
No other months of supers are sitting there, just those 4.
We arent sure why and dont know if this is going to pull incorrect figures come end of financial year etc...
Can someone please help!

What you’re seeing is most likely the original super payments plus the reversal and re-created entries for those months, so they show multiple times even though they should net off. This one needs further checking on our back-end side, so I’d recommend reaching out to them so they can review those specific transactions and confirm everything is reporting correctly.
