One crew member has given me wrong super details for them. I have received two payments back. I now have the correct details. Please advise how I can fix this.

If you've received those payments back, you'll want to hop over to the 'Manage Payments' section to reverse the super payment. If it was part of a batch payment that included the returned one, just reverse the whole batch. Once that's done, head to 'Pay Liabilities' to record the successfully paid super contributions.
