Superannuation Guarantee above minimum SG

Hi All,   We pay SG at 1% above the min and have a created a card (see below). My question is, when the increase happens on 1/7/23, can I just change the percentage in this card or will I need to c...

    Hi MFreer_FC 

    Thank you so much for your post. No need to create one, if you will have the superannuation guarantee at 10.5% you'll need to change the percentage and edit the payroll category name.

And this change will not impact past payslip?

 

Also, does that also mean that if we change an afternoon penalty loading I can do the same, just change the category and multiplier without creating a new payroll category?

Yes that change will only take effect on the next pay run.

    So does that mean I coud do that with all other payroll categries as well if they are no longer needed?
