Hi kellsa,
Thanks for spotting that and letting us know superannuation can be a bit sneaky sometimes. To sort out the missed amount for the employees who've already left, you can just manually work out the super that should've been paid, then pop through a one-off pay run and enter the figure there. That way their records are all squared up. As for why it didn't kick in automatically earlier but suddenly started working for the other employee, best to have our support team double-check. If you jump on our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount, they'll be able to dig into the setup and find out what's going on behind the scenes.
Regards,
Sai
Hi Isaiah_C
Thanks for your response. It concerns me if superannuation can be a bit sneaky sometimes as this is something we must pay our employees. It's illegal not to! These three employees registered as a new employee with the online form so I'm unsure if this is where the problem has occurred.
I have submitted a case through MyAccount however I haven't heard back from anyone. Also tried through MOCA and they had no response for my query. Very difficult to find a solution to this issue when there is no response. Any other advice???
