Hi, we just started using the payroll, and I need help getting the system to update the tax table (now using 1/07/2011). I have checked we have the latest update, 2022, and our PC configuration is Australia, so I need help to solve this issue.
The strange thing is that in one company, I have the correct Tax Table date, but in the company that we started using the payroll, we have the table from 1/07/2011.

Thanks for your post. If you're still having issues with this can you please check that the language settings in Windows is the correct region of Australia or New Zealand.
To do this:
1. Close all programs, click the start button
2. Type control panel
3. Click the control panel app
4. Click change date, time, or number formats
5. In the region window, make sure the format is correct as: English (Australia)
6. The short date should then be d/MM/yyyy
7. Click Apply, and OK
8. Check the date/time on the bottom right. this should now be AU format
