I'm sorry to hear about the issue returning. There are a couple of factors we need to consider that might have caused this issue to return. I would recommend checking first if you are on the most recent version of AccountRight, then we need to make sure also that the date format on the computer is correct (follow the steps below).
- Close all programs.
- Open the window start button.
- Search for the control panel and open it.
- Click change date, time, or number formats.
- In the region window, make sure the format is English (Australia).
- Make sure that the short date is in the format d/MM/yyyy.
- Check the date/time on the bottom right. This should now be in AU format.
If the issue persists after checking the above-mentioned, send me a private message containing the following.
- Serial number
- Full name and email address
- Company name
- Company File ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
