Hi OnBalance
Have you since been able to load the current tax tables?
If not, could you please go to Help > About, what is the AccountRight version? Then under Setup > General Payroll Information, what is the tax table revision date shown there? Are you logged in to the company file using the 'Administrator' user ID? If not, please do log in with this user ID then try again.
Please feel free to let us know how you go.

Yes Logged in to the company file using the "Administrator" user ID
What do you mean try again? Try what again? I have not received a soution to the issue to solve it

Thank you for the information. I meant that if you weren't logged in using the 'Administrator' user ID then please log in with this ID then try again.
There is potentially a problem with the company file, in order to check it further could you please send me a private message with the following details?
- Serial number of the file
- Company File ID (under Help > About)
- Your log in email address
You can send it by mouse over my avatar and choose 'Send a message'.
