Hi Doreen, I've gone into the app for Team, gone to the setup to make sure it doesn't have anything showing up as incorrect, removed the original information of the location, authorising manager and employees. After that I reset the location, authoriser and employees and sent out the invitation to everyone to sign in. So far, there's been stoney silence. A message has been sent to the owner/manager/authoriser to see if anyone has received the emails. I'll get back to you when I hear back from him. Kind regards, Jan.
