Terminated Employee Restart

Hi there, we have an employee who has left the position in last financial year and we have done "Employee Termination" in Single Touch Payroll through Myob in FY23-24. Now this employee will restart this month. Should I go back to "Undo" Employee Termination in FY23-24 first before we process his first pay?

    Hi SAMushrooms01, 

     

    Since the employee was terminated in the last financial year and is now rejoining, you will indeed need to undo the Employee Termination in MYOB before processing their first pay. This will ensure that their payroll details are reactivated and ready for the new pay period.
