Termination - employee name not present in drop down list

Hi, we have an employee that for health reasons has not worked in the FY 23/24. We are now trying to terminate them but their name is not an otion in the drop down list for  clients to terminate. I undertook a search and in the past it was advised to make sure that their employment basis is not listed as "other (not reportable)".  I have checked their card and they are currently recorded as a Full Time employee.

    Hi, helensp

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

If the employee is not showing up on the drop-down list for you to be able to terminate the employee, kindly check if the card file is still active. To do this, go to Card File > Cards List > Employee tab, and then click the employee name > Under the Profile tab, make sure that Inactive Card is not ticked.

Please let us know if you require any further assistance with this.

    Best regards,

    Doreen
