we have to forgot the long service payment when we entered termination payment
how can we enter it now??

Sounds like the long service leave payment missed the final-pay party. No worries, but it’s best to correct the original termination pay rather than create a second termination payment. If the termination has already been reported through STP, you’ll generally need to:
- Remove the termination date from the employee’s card and make the employee active again.
- Remove the termination from the Payroll Reporting Centre and notify the ATO.
- Delete and reprocess the final pay, adding the missed long service leave amount.
- Declare the corrected pay and check that the STP figures reconcile with your Payroll Activity and Payroll Register reports.
- Re-do the termination in the employee’s card and Payroll Reporting Centre.
