Timesheet template to upload

Hi finghgp, 

 

That online timesheet template is a bit of a hidden one, so you’re definitely not the only one who’s had trouble finding it.

In AccountRight Premier 2025.11, there isn’t a separate downloadable template, but you can create your own from inside AccountRight:

  • Go to File > Import/Export Assistant > Export data > Timesheets
  • Open the exported TXT file in Excel – that becomes your reusable template

Each pay run, you can just:

  • Fill that template in Excel
  • Save it as a TXT (tab‑delimited) file
  • Import it via File > Import/Export Assistant > Import data > Timesheets, then run Process Payroll
