timesheet total does not agree to "unprocessed timesheet" screen

30 hours correctly entered into timesheet (via employment hero)

BUT, the front screen “unprocessed timesheets” only totals 22 hours – not the 30 as per timesheet.

Process employee pay screen – brings 60 hours (37.5 plus 22) rather than the 67.50 (30+37.5) as per employment hero

In addition, MYOB does not reduce base hours as it should (and does manually)  by keeping the 75 hours as per standard pay, and brings the (incorrect) annual leave

This pay should be 67.5 annual leave and 7.5 public holiday, to total 75 for the fortnight

Why is this happening? And how do we prevent this happening in future.
