Unable to match Super Payment in Bank Feeds

Hi,  I'm  unable to match a Super Payment in Bank Feeds. The Bank Statement is showing the transaction, but it is not showing up in my list of transactions. Bank Feeds cannot find the transactio...

    Hi Dizz 

    If you're using AccountRight, can you check if the super transaction is ticked under Banking>>Reconcile Accounts?

    If yes, please untick it there and it should appear for you to match on the Bank feeds screen.
