I followed your instructions, unfortunately the fields do not open up to enter the correct USI number as you have suggested (I can send a screenshot if required), is there any other way to enact this update?
Also how long does it normally take for the developers to make the required update, as the July super payment must be made?

Thanks for checking that. When creating the super fund in the file, once you select Personal Super and Rollover Plan / SuperSelect, the fund details should auto-populate for you with:
- SPIN/USI: 76746741299111
- ABN: 76746741299
So there shouldn’t be any need to enter those manually. If it’s still not letting you use the fund with that correct SPIN/USI and ABN, it’d be best to reach out to our support team via the Contact Us page so they can check your current fund setup. As for the update itself, there haven’t been any timeframe updates from our dev team just yet.
