Unable to Tick 'Pay using PaySuper' tickbox when setting up Super fund

Hi,

 I'm having truoble adding/updating a Super fund for an employee for PaySuper.

 

All the other employee super funds are setup correctrly and pay directly from MYOB super. I have one employee who was not receiving super - Was an error on setting up her fund.. correct fuynd entered now and sleected from the dropdown super funds listed.

 

However I cannot select the 'APy using Paysuper' for this fund. (Is slelected for all other funds). See attached screenshot.

 

what am I doing wrong?

    I'm wondering are you trying to update an existing super fund? If so, could you please go to Lists > Superannuation Fund, create a new Super fund with the same details, does it allow you to tick the box then?

      Yep. Fixed now.

      I deleted the fund then added it again.. can sleect the tick box.
