Thanks for your post. Tax file numbers are validated with the ATO when processing super payments. If you get the error You need to enter a valid Tax file number for this employee you will need to speak to the ATO regarding the TFN for that employee.
The Help Article, Reversing and reprocessing super payments, has detailed information to assist with processing those transactions.
