Urgent - 1st payroll for year not recording

Hello,

 

Could you please help urgently. I have read the prior posts with regards to payroll not processing in the new financial year. Our file will not process the payroll for this current year.

 

I have checked payroll setup and tax table revision date and all is okay.

 

I have retrieved and attached the latest diagnostic log of the AccountRight file.

 

The date of the payroll is 29/06/2022 to 05/07/2022.

 

The licence number of the file is *** SN removed by moderator ~YS
