I'm having the same issue, can you please help me Melisa

 

last 4 digits of serial number 0049, file 343309

    Hi kirraBrookies, 

     

    Thanks for your post. I'm having troubles locating that serial number, can you please send me a private message with the full serial number and the file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight). 

     

     

    Update: Script has been run over file.

      Hi Melissa, 

       

      We are having the same issue and im having trouble speaking to anyone over the phone. 

      Our serial ID ends in 6099.

        Hi LMcKay, 

         

        Can you please confirm the file ID of the file so I can run the script over it (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight). 

         

        Also please sign out of your file in the meantime.

      We also have issue processing a payroll in the new financial year. Please help.

       

      Our last digits 6079.

        We are processing a first payroll this financial year, and after selecting record it comes with zero value and all proceed payroll transactions disappear.

         Need to process urgently as wages are sacred!!
