Hi Jo-Anne, 

 

Sounds like you've been working out a solution for quite a while now. It's likely you might’ve missed finalising the values before moving on to the next branch number, that’s a really easy step to overlook! Here is a discussion with someone who had a similar issue that should help you sort out how to match up those amounts with the right branch numbers.

Thank you for your reply.

The main problem I have is with changing the Branch number.  I can't seem to find any clear direction for that.  I followed what MYOB support told me - (Changing our Branch in STP from 001 to 004) and did a test pay. This has NOT shown up on the ATO portal anywhere?  I am just not sure what i am doing wrong

    Hi JoJo_S,

     

    Thanks for keeping us in the loop! You're not doing anything wrong. If you're able to enter the branch number under Company Information and it's not showing up on the ATO portal, it could be one of those things the ATO can sort.
