Variance in Payroll Register v Activity Reports

    thankyou I ended up working it out. once I realised 1 report was card history and the other actual transaction, I was able to google the right question and AI and the below link helped me fix it.

Hi Gabsta,

 

Tracking down differences can indeed be quite a task, and it’s great that you’ve taken the time to attached screenshots, thank you! If the Payroll Activity and Payroll Register reports don’t match, it’s usually because manual changes were made to the Pay History in the employee card. To fix this, check the Pay History under the Payroll Details tab on the employee card and make any necessary adjustments. Once everything is sorted, you can process a $0 pay or send an Update Event through STP to refresh things with the ATO.
