View PDF Button is missing

View PDF button on employee details is missing and only for our new self-onboarding employees, the issue is with AccountRight Desktop and I have gone to the browser version and it's not there either....

Hi SusanHi,

Thanks for posting. We are currently aware of this issue about the 'View PDF' option does not display for employees who have self-onboarded via invitation, and the email confirming their onboarding is complete also does not display the PDF attached. 

As a temporary work around, you can use the employee’s onboarding completion email or screenshots as a record. Or manually enter any missing details into the employee card.
