On 05.02.26 we sent an email to MYOBteam, we received their response on 24.02.26 and 26.02.26 mentioning they are actively investigating this behaviour, and our case has been attached to the investigation so they can update us as soon as there’s progress or a fix deployed. They are unable to provide an exact timeframe but it has been raised as a priority with their product and platform teams, and they’ll keep us updated as soon as there’s any change.
We mentioned our concerns re Fair Work compliance purposes as we save these pdf files as documented proof that the FWIS and CEIS were provided to the employee, and the employee consented to receipt, including the relevant date and time stamps.
We also sent an email to Flare on 05.02.26 and still waiting for their response.
