I incorrectly recorded parental leave in a pay run back in August last year, I know how to reverse it out but wanted to know what date I should use on the reversal and rerun? Just don't want to cause any issues with reporting etc.

When you reverse a pay run, you don't need to enter a reversal date—it's generated automatically for you. If you're reprocessing the pay run afterwards, that's when you'll enter a date.
