How can we check if our data is correct for each employee super fund? I just watched a Payday super meeting - they spoke about verifying to make sure all data is correct for each employee at the onboarding stage and also can be done addhoc - how do we find out if there are any errors that may hold up payments. Finding this out on 1 July will be painful and costly.

You’re spot on to be checking each employee’s super fund now, especially with Payday Super coming up. You can run the Employee Superannuation Advice Detail report to make sure each employee’s super fund and member details are right. When you’re onboarding someone, open their employee card and jump into the Superannuation tab, then check:
- Fund name
- USI
- Member number
all match what they’ve given you. To catch anything that might hold up payments, we’ve also got this super clearing house error guide that shows the common errors and how to fix them, so you can sort things out before contributions get delayed.
