YTD verification report does not match Payroll reporting
Hi, I am trying to close off 25/26 payroll however the Payroll Reporting Year to date verification report figures do not match. The payroll reporting employee year to date end figure does not match...
I have fixed my problem, with the send update event button again. I didn't realized I had locked the period so it wouldn't accept update.. I unlocked period, tried again and figures are now corrected. Happy all balances now!
