NO SUPPORT GIVEN WHEN MYOB ILLEGALLY TAKEN OUT $2190. No reply to emails, phone call get told being escalated. 1.5 months on and still no support

I am not getting any support from MYOB regarding refund request where MYOB ILLEGALLY directly debited my bank account an annual premium when I am only on monthly subscription and my refund request of the annual premium on the 16th June 2026 not been attended to. and your also taking out monthly subscription. I get nowhere with my many phone calls (hold time of over 2 hours 1st) and get told its been escalated. My emails never get replied to and now the support lodged online is not being responded to. Last person put me on hold and then disconnected the call.

MYOB SUPPORT please reply and get refund done. $2190 you have illegally taken out of my account.
