Business name.. no result found

Hi, i could not proceed further to setting up the file due to there isn't any result on the business name to start with. i have clear all my browser caches and re-logging in and it does not work. Could you please assist.

    Hi Joong

     

    There are a few reasons why your file might not appear in the My Business window. It could be that your email address is not connected to the file, or there might be an issue with the file itself. I recommend reaching out to support by creating a support ticket from the MyAccount window or using MOCA to connect with the live chat team to investigate the cause.
