Thanks for sharing - and can confirm we had a temporary glitch Fri-Sunday but was resolved on Monday... Just a reminder to always report any issues via your educator/facilitator as they can log a ticket and request escalation. Happy learning!

For anyone that is following, I tried again this evening and it worked perfectly. I didn't do anything different, it just started working. I got the welcome email as expected.

I just sent them a detailed email as well with everything I have tried. They me 3-5 business days when I spent an hour on the phone with them today :( Fingers crossed it's less than that.

This was the auto reply. 3 days is a long wait for those trying to get assignments done as part of their courses.

To everyone having issues I have written a fairly detailed email to this address explaining all the different steps I have taken, different browsers, PC, Mac, different email addresses etc And also referred them to this thread. Multiple live chats.
I will post back here if I get a response.

I am having the exact same issue, I tried live chat for help and they were no use at all. Apparently they cannot find the account that was supposedly created during the signup process, they searched my name, email and phone number and nothing comes up. It's like there was no account created at all. Although when I get to the same dead end as Darryl it would appear that it is signed in to something. Tried different browsers and email addresses also. Interestingly, at no point did I receive any for of verification/activation/welcome email which you would normally expect when signing up to anything at all.

I have the same issue too...called support and was on the line with them for over an hour and still not fixed :( Maybe if everyone phones in they'll realise there is an issue?
