Access for Proposed New Owner

Hi   Currently have someone interested in buying our business.  As part of their due diligence, they would like to access our MYOB to view information.   So I know how to give them "read only acc...

Thanks for posting your concern. 

 

We appreciate you explaining your need in detail. Unfortunately, there is no way to way to archive the first 5 years of the file. If we want the next business owner to have access to the file, there won't be any way to filter the data for just certain years. An alternative is to provide reports with the data for the last 3 years instead of inviting the new owner.
