Appreciate you sharing the screenshot of the error.
That’s definitely a frustrating spot to be in, especially when you need access to your file. Connection errors can be a little unpredictable at times. In this case, it could be caused by the AccountRight Server Edition service not running properly, missing components, or even a port conflict on the server. To help get things back on track, the best next step would be to reinstall AccountRight Server Edition on the server.
