BAS link not loading

I logged in my MYOB portal and the page was loading forever and not coming up with anything....?

    Hi Jacqui_G 


    If you're still experiencing this problem, can you try clicking on "Open in web browser" and then go to Banking>>Prepare BAS/IAS and let me know if it can then be loaded?
