changing from myob premier to myob plus

Currently, AccountRight only allows for company files to go up the product chain i.e. Plus to Premier. You are not able to go the other way i.e. Premier to Plus.

 

If you are needing to move downwards you would be looking at setting a date to get the customer, supplier, and account balances as at. You would then need to create a new company file with the new product level and re-enter that information via Setup>>Balances or through the Easy Setup Assistant. If you're okay to start a new data file, subscription can then be changed from AccountRight Premier to AccountRight Plus.
