Hello
I have had this issue before and it was resolved but it is back again. MYOB Accountright will not let me send multiple statements at the same time. It will only let me send small groups of 5 or 6 statements. This is very time consuming when you need to issue 100s of statements weekly. Could you please look into why this is happening again and resolve it?

I'm sorry to hear that you're facing this issue again with sending multiple customer statements. It seems like the system is limiting the batch size of statements being sent at once. A build-up in the cache can sometimes cause performance problems. Follow these steps to clear the cache: Clearing the AccountRight Cache | MYOB Community.
