GST online filing problem Re: AccountRight

Hi there,

 

There was some technical problem on the MYOB GST online filing page while I was filing the Aug/Sep 2026 GST. 

 

I filed it in MYOB AccountRight, "File Online".  In the final step, after clicking on the upper right-hand green button "File", the screen just flashed and nothing happened.  When I checked the "GST & provisional tax filing" list,   the “Period End 30 Sep 2026” GST shows as “Completed”,  but not “Filed” as previous periods.  

 

Have tried multiple times, but still failed.  Could you please help looking into this matter?

    Hi Anna-UL,

     

    We’re aware of an issue where a GST return can show as Completed but not Filed in MYOB. Here’s what you can do:

     

    1. Check myIR first: Log in directly to your company’s Inland Revenue myIR portal and check whether the 2 October lodgment appears in the GST section.

     

    • If it’s showing as received in myIR, you’re compliant and the issue is a reporting sync delay in MYOB.
    • If it’s missing from myIR, the return hasn’t left MYOB and you’ll need to retry the lodgment or file it through myIR.

     

    2. Retry in a fresh browser session: Log out of MYOB, open an Incognito or Private Browsing window, log back in and try the final File Online or Lodge step again. You can also clear your browser history and cookies first.

     

    3. Re-open and save the return: If the button is greyed out or still doesn’t respond, open the GST return and look for an option to edit or move it back to In Progress. Recheck the figures, then save or complete the return again to refresh the submission connection.
