We are having the same issue here in Perth. We have contacted other businesses using MYOB and they are having the same issue. We have used different computers, different browsers and cannot log in to the App. I thought it was a Firefox thing but it isn't. It is happening when accessing via Edge as well. We can log into the web browser but it is so clunky and slow.

MYOB let their certificate expire for single sign-on.

Temporary workaround: If you encounter the certificate warning page, type thisisunsafe (no space) in your browser to bypass the warning and allow you to proceed.

I don't seem to be able to login to the browser either... Has anyone tried the browser version? Can you login?

Via Chrome or a different browser? I can login to our Account, but not to our file.

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for letting us know about this. We’re currently investigating an issue affecting sign-in to AccountRight through the desktop app. While we work on this, you may be able to access your product by signing in through your browser. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and are working to restore access as soon as possible. We’ll post further updates on our Status Hub. Thanks for your patience.
Regards,
Sai
