Thanks for your post. In the Prepare BAS/IAS window This Year (FYxx) is the Current Financial Year in the Company information window. So if the Current Financial Year is 2021 in the Company Information window, the BAS window will show This Year (FY 21) and Next Year (FY 22).
To open the BAS for the actual financial year 2021-2022, you would need the Current Financial Year to be 2021 and select Next Year (FY 22) in the BAS window.
If you continue to have problems with this can you please send a screenshot of the BAS window and tell me what the Current Financial year in the Company Information window is.
