Not Tax Ready Income Statement

Question

This message was taken from myTAX whilst trying to complete my tax return "We'll notify you when your employer finalises your income statement to make it 'tax ready'." I'm the bookkeeper who finalised the process in MYOB with single touch processing and can confirm it has been sent, so why is it not showing?&nbsp;&nbsp;

I understand how important we process the finalization in time. In general, the process of having the income statement tax ready by the ATO takes around 72 hours. May I know if you are still having the same issue up until now?
