Thanks for raising this here. We appreciate your patience while our support teams are managing high demand across our channels. Because your company file is already online, the backup won’t download as a normal file to your computer anymore. In this version, online backups are stored in the MYOB cloud and can be accessed from within AccountRight when needed.
If your accountant needs to work on the file, the easiest option is usually to give them access to the online file rather than sending a backup copy. Online files are designed to make it easier to securely share access with your accountant and collaborate in real time.
