Hi IreneJ63,
Thanks for your post. If you've upgraded the back up file and having troubles opening it please refer to our Community Forum post Unable to open recently upgraded company file. If your error log does show the InvalidFingerPrint issue please run the hotfix tool over the file and you should be able to open the file.
