Unable to Lodge BAS online

we are havingthe same problem. I have downloaded the new version of Account Right and are still not able to lodge our BAS.
If you could please avdise what we need to do, that would be great

I have not been able to 'fix' it as such, but rather have gone onto the ATO Business Portal (you will need your myGovID to log in) and lodged manually. I do believe that MYOB have their developers working on the issue.
I am having the same problem!!!! Is the answer a secret?

We do apologise for this issue and any inconvenience it has caused.
If you have upgraded to the latest version of 2020.3, can you please ensure that the option "Link this User ID to your my.MYOB account" is selected:
Once this option has been selected you should be able to file your online BAS. If this doesn't work for you then please do let us know.
I have the same problem wir AR 202.3. I could not find the "link this user ID to you my.myob account" anywhere.
Not in the company file User set-up menu nor in my my.myob account settings.
I've checked the Tax Office age in my MyGov account - my un-filled September Quater BAS form is sitting there, awaiting a download,
I've previously successfully lodged my BAS online in 2019-20
Can someone help me ?

P.S. I held a BAS Agent registration number until late February.
Unfortunately it expired whilst I was in hospital - so I'll shortly re-apply
(not having done BAS Agent. in the meantime).
