45 minutes wasted and counting
I am currently on hold into the 45th minute with the 'cancellation team'. Yeaterday I also tried and had a long wait. Instead of answering, it offers to go in-line for callback. That callback happened at 7am this morning amd was not recieved. I want to unsubscribe and this is an absolute joke of a system. The only way alledgedly is via a phone call, that I have sunk serious time into thus far. The app is not for me and does not meet my needs. Going through this process to simply cancel / unsubscribe is completely unnessecary and unacceptable and I would even suggest unethical or illegal. I am still not cancelled or unsubscribed as of now. If this is not rectified immediately I am going to reach out to whomever I can from a fair trade / consumer affairs standpoint. As well as public forums. Unacceptable and I do not want to sink anymore time into such a simple request.
