Delete Payment - Which users have access to this feature?

I'm the administrator of a MYOB ledger, and can easily delete a Bill Payment (from Edit menu, I choose Delete Payment).  I have a new staff member who I have given access to the Purchases module only...

Hi Evening, 

 

If you need to give edit access to your new user, you can choose either read-only or edit access when assigning the role. You can find more details about this process by checking out this link.
