Why can't I "like" other people's replies anymore?

Still having this issue. I can like MYOB Forum Moderator posts but the button is greyed out for other regular users. Also, the new format makes it very hard to skip to the latest comments on a thread. Used to be able to skip to page 39 for example, but now have to keep clicking 'show more' a gazillion times.
EDIT: I've found the well-hidden 'sort by newest' option.

I appreciate you flagging the issues with liking posts. Sorry for the confusion there. It appears to be a glitch but no worries, we're already working on it.
