We currently have 2FA setup to go to a central email address, however the time taken for MYOB to send the code is affecting our business operations. At times we must wait 1-4 hours before the code is received and by then it is not able t be used and we must start again.
Can you please advise why it may be taking so long for the MYOB verification code to be emailed? Thank you

I'd recommend double checking that the computer/device time and date settings are set to automatic. We've found sometimes with 2FA codes coming via email, if the email server time and computer settings are out by a few seconds it can impact how those codes come through.
