I can't update MYOB with my new CC for my subscription.
MYOB sends my bill, and after 2 days I finally get someone to take my call (time difference for one end of Australia to the other) The MYOB system is not working apparently. No they can't take my CC to make payment. Can I have MYOB banking Details to make payment - NOOO!!
I have to give them my bank details to pay the subscription, and I get a $10.00 penalty for late payment -A couple of questions - now is the per day? or one off? and why am I being penalized for the MYOB System being down??

You’ve had a pretty frustrating run with the billing side of things, so it’s completely fair to want it sorted. If you’re listed as the primary contact, you can update your payment details in MyAccount, and if something glitches when you try to add your card, our team can check what’s behind that error and get it moving again. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via My Account. The $10 late fee is a single charge, not an ongoing one, and if the delay came from system issues, you can lodge a case through MyAccount so the team can review it and look at getting that fee refunded.
