Support Requests Issue
Hi,
I'm trying to escalate an issue regarding MYOB payments via Support as recommended by Mike_MYOB and I've completed the online form. However I'm not receiving back an acknowledgement via email or anything else after I hit 'submit'. There is also nothing showing in the Case list.
There doesn't seem to be a phone number to call about this? How can I find out why my Support Requests are not being lodged?
