Support Requests Issue

Hi,

I'm trying to escalate an issue regarding MYOB payments via Support as recommended by Mike_MYOB​ and I've completed the online form. However I'm not receiving back an acknowledgement via email or anything else after I hit 'submit'. There is also nothing showing in the Case list.

There doesn't seem to be a phone number to call about this? How can I find out why my Support Requests are not being lodged?

    Yes Mike I suppose that makes sense if you want us all to help each other instead of access the support we pay for.

    Hi Edwina​ , I prefer not to post the number here in the community forum, so that members and visitors can make use of the great solutions available in the forum instead of dialling to support.
    When you are on the contact us page, scroll down to the "Get help from our team" section and expand the first section, this will have the number for you. Regards, Mike

    It just takes me back to the same forms I've been completing for a couple of days now. And even if I submit a new query under a different subject it does not show up in Cases. This is really frustrating that the Support I'm meant to be entitled to is not even working....

    Yes I've been using the Support function through myaccount.myob.com. i can see past cases there but nothing new and I am not being emailed any acknowledgement of the submission. I don't believe that a live chat option will be able to sort this out and there seems to be an issue at the MYOB end, I'll try the Contact Us menu

    Hi Edwina​ , are you creating the case through myaccount.myob.com?
    I have seen some other customers trying to use a different system before which could be why.

    We do have livechat and phone as well though which you can use for times when you need someone right away.
    All of our options are available by jumping to myob.com/contactus
