Can we please have a "remove all" button or selectively remove items from the print or email remittances. I find that I have a massive list of unemailed and/or unprinted remittances that I no longer wish to send.

I downloaded Cutepdf and just sent them all to that, saved it onto the desktop and deleted the whole lot in one go. Was brilliant, I had years of old stuff sitting to be emailed or printed, that I didn't want.

Thank you Rowlands, but yes that used to work fabulously in the Classic version but not as well in the new one and doesn't help with the to be emailed which is more the issue.

We need to be able to delete remittance advices that aren't sent out, whether to be printed or emailed. I have a list that goes back to 2015, and have been told there is no way I can delete them. When I do send one out occasionally, I have to sift through the list, and resort and make sure I have the right one - which is time consuming. Really annoying. 'To Be Printed' can be sent as a batch to .pdf and then deleted, which is a little fiddly but worked, but the email ones are there for ever apparently. Already printed or sent is not an option either, a simple 'delete' button would suffice. I noted it may be possible to your own email address 'offline' and then delete but this is not suitable, and a little risky. PLEASE PLEASE can we do something, in another 2 years we'll have HUNDREDS sitting in the list.

Hi everyone
I really appreciate the new way of printing to a .PDF - meaning that we can individually attach files to emailsif we choose not to send immediately via email.
However, I occasionally use this function to clear out unwanted information showing, ie, clients don't print these items, but if they haven't ticked the box they sit there waiting to be printed, etc... so I have always printed to a .PDF writer, which used to then bulk all these items together.
Is there a chance that we could put in there somewhere to choose whether we wanted these to print individually or in one file? ... as saving one at a time, when sometimes clients have hundreds of these outstanding, isn't an option.

Thank you for your comments and feedback in regards to having a more functional way to clear the unsent transactions in the To Be Printed / To Be Emailed window. We most definitely do believe that this is a suggestion that would benefit a lot of clients.

It would certainly be of huge benefit to many users!
At the moment, my list of cheques to be printed will not disappear, even after printing to an off-line printer. All 176 of them reappear every day.

Our customers don't require a receipt and I too would like to delete receipts in bulk or, even better, have an option that receipt doesn't even go to the print queue. Given that this idea was raised almost three years ago, is this idea even still under consideration?

This particular idea has been marked as under consideration. At stage we don't have a time frame for when this particular idea will be placed into development and implemented into the product however we are still encouraging members of the MYOB Community that would like to see this feature in potential future updates to vote and comment for it.
As you are referring to receipts you also might want to show your support for Delivery Status for Receipts which relates to the ability to select a delivery status of receipts - for example setting them to be To be Printed or Already Printed.
