Setup: Only show In-product messaging (upgrade notification) to Administrator users

Hello - We are running Accountright in a local network environment and update notifications are being pushed to all users. This can be problematic if a user updates their MYOB before our IT deparment updates our MYOB Server Edition. Would it please be possible to restrict the update push notifications for non-admin users?
