I was wondering if there is the possibility of view only access for a second user such as accountant so we don't have to share each report individually?
Hey Fred_C you can definitely share access with your accountant or bookkeeper! We actually released this feature just before EOFY so Solmates could be tax-ready.
Here’s how to set it up (you’ll need your accountant/bookkeeper’s email handy):
- Tap More on the bottom menu
- Scroll down to Account
- Tap Share access
- Tap Invite
- Enter your accountant/bookkeeper’s Name and Email
- Tap Send Invite
They’ll then receive an email inviting them to view your Solo records via an online portal (or through their own MYOB login, if they have one).
You can invite up to two people to access your Solo records.
